About Gus Gear:
Our flagship product, the Central Line Vest, was created over a decade ago by Sarah Palya, mom to Gus, an extremely active young man with autism and medical complexity. Faced with the daunting challenge of keeping Gus safe with his central line while still allowing him to live an energetic life, Sarah made the first vest out of frustration at the lack of securement options available. Over a decade later, our vest stands in a class of its own for comprehensive securement and the ability to allow patients the freedom to be active.
